Absolutely! At Kefi Haus, we believe in making every moment uniquely yours. If you have a special idea or vision, we’d love to collaborate and turn it into a keepsake that speaks to your heart. Drop us a message, and we’ll start spreading that creative butter on your warm toast of ideas!
What is the lead time?
Good things take a little time, like letting the perfect brew steep. For custom designs, our typical lead time is 2–3 weeks, as each piece is crafted with love and care. For in-stock items, we aim to ship them within 3–5 business days. Rest assured, your little moment of joy will be worth the wait!
How do I care for my order?
Our keepsakes are like delicate whispers of love — they thrive with gentle care. We include specific care instructions with each item, but as a general rule, handle them tenderly, keep them away from harsh elements, and store them safely when not in use. Treat them with love, and they’ll keep bringing joy to your days.
Do you provide installation service?
While we don’t usually recommend installation services unless it's styling services as our pieces are easy to put up on your own, we’re happy to guide you every step of the way. Our products come with simple, clear instructions that are as warm and inviting as a hug.
However, we do offer installation services as well. We want your keepsakes to feel right at home. For a flat rate of $100, our team will handle the installation for you with the same care and attention that goes into creating each piece. Just add on the installation fee when placing your order, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always here to help!
What if I received a faulty or wrong item?
Oh dear! That’s not the kind of surprise we aim for. If your order isn’t perfect, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll work quickly to make it right — whether that’s sending a replacement or offering a refund. Your happiness is our top priority, and we won’t rest until your heart (and your order) is full of joy.
